Dr. Aaryani Tipirneni-Sajja, Associate Professor in Biomedical Engineering at University of Houston Cullen College of Engineering and Biomedical Sciences at University of Houston Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine, has been selected as a FINALIST in the Engineering category at the 2026 TAMEST Protégé Poster Challenge sponsored by Shell!
As a finalist, Dr. Tipirneni-Sajja received $20,000 in research funding from Lyda Hill Philanthropies to further her innovative work developing accurate, accessible, and clinically translatable NMR and MRI methodologies to improve disease detection and patient care. Dr. Tipirneni-Sajja also had the opportunity to present her research to a distinguished audience of scientific, academic, and industry leaders across Texas.
