Dr. Chandra Mohan has just received the Undergraduate Research Mentor Award for UH, as well as a Teaching Excellence Award from Cullen College of Engineering!
Dr. Mohan, Hugh Roy and Lillie Cranz Cullen Endowed Professor and Associate Chair for Research and Development in our Department of Biomedical Engineering, is renowned not only for his groundbreaking research in autoimmunity, lupus nephritis, and disease biomarkers, but also for his dedication to educating and inspiring the next generation of biomedical engineers. The recognition is a true reflection of the passion and commitment he brings to the classroom every day.
These awards are added to an already remarkable list of honors for Dr. Mohan, and we could not be prouder to have him as a cornerstone of our department. Congratulations, Dr. Mohan — well deserved!
